Awaken, Transcend, Flourish: The Essence of Blissful Spirit

Everything around us has no meaning, it just is, until we decide to give it meaning.

We are on a journey to empower individuals to embark on a transformative journey toward inner peace, personal growth, and spiritual enlightenment. Inspiring people from all walks of life to embrace their authentic selves and lead lives filled with profound contentment and purpose while creating environments that promote love, self-discovery, authenticity, and fulfillment.

We envision a world where individuals prioritize their mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, resulting in healthier communities and a more harmonious planet.

Finding who you are means experiencing who you are not. It is within this context that Franklin has gradually grown to blend spiritual awakening with human experience. Beyond the roles of husband, father, and brother, Franklin enjoys contemplating life’s questions.

Born as the eldest among eight siblings, Franklin’s upbringing was nurtured within the boundaries of religious and African spiritual beliefs. Battling through the shadows of depression, the grip of anxiety, addiction, and the haunting whispers of suicidal ideation, Franklin forged a path to transform his perception of life by journeying within. This journey filled with highs and lows led to the passion of writing.

Nyiawung proudly presents his inaugural literary creation, "365 Daily Affirmations - Breaking My ‘Self-Erected’ Mental Chains." It is a transformative guide that aims to support readers in embracing life's moments and unlocking their true potential.

As a debut self-published author, Franklin’s work is a celebration of the human spirit's resilience, an invitation to readers to journey into the depths of their souls and unlock the shackles holding them from living a fulfilled life. Life is a wonderful gift and its most remarkable chapters are best lived in the present moment.

Therapy has really helped me overcome some past trauma I had been keeping under a lid for a long time. Now, I feel happier and more confident in my life, and feel like I can walk with my head held high.

Coming from a competitive sports background, the injury that ended up making me give up my career was a hard blow. With therapy, I was able to start building my identity around other things than just sport.
